Paulo Ferreira Alves

Paulo Ferreira Alves is Managing Partner at BDO Portugal.

He has 30 years of experience in tax consultancy for national and foreign clients. He is responsible for the tax area in Portugal, also carrying out functions in the international organization. He has carried out teaching duties in the area of ​​taxation, where he has been part of several working groups. He is the head of BDO in Portugal for the provision of consultancy services, tax assurance, restructuring and tax litigation. Paulo is a member of the Executive Committee of BDO in Portugal.

He has a degree in Law from the University of Lisbon, a Diploma in European Studies from the European Institute and an MBA in Taxation and Management. He is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
