Primavera Public Sector

From January 2017 will come into force the Accounting Standards SNC-AP system, applicable to the Portuguese public administration, including central, regional and local state and public and private business organizations aimed at the provision of goods and services of public interest such as health, transport or education. This measure, announced in Decree-Law No. 192/2015, aims to unify the models accounting management between the private and public sectors.

Primavera Public Sector is the central management system that ensures efficiency, continuous modernization and rapid monitoring of legal and fiscal developments in the sector. This solution: is certified by the Budget Directorate-General (DGO); is the first to respond to OPAP and Sectorial Plans; It applies to accounts in OPAP, POCMS, POC-E and SNC-AP; It aims to eliminate the administrative burden due to process automation; and is a key tool to support management.
