Célia Fonseca is a manager in an EQS team.

In May 2024, she moved to BDO EnviEstudos S.A., where she has worked since 2006 as head of the Quality, Environment and Safety Consulting area.

She has a degree in Geology, specialising in Applied Geology and the Environment, from FCUL (Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon). She has provided consulting services to various environmental consulting companies, where she worked as a geology and water resources technician in the preparation of EIAs. Process manager at CELE and CELE verifier. EIA, PCIP and Industrial Licensing Coordinator. CELE Verifier, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Post-Assessment Verifier – Certificate 02/EIA and PCIP Verifier – Certificate 07/PCIP, qualified by APA – Portuguese Environment Agency. Trainer certified by IEFP.
