Fátima Patrícia Pereira

Patrícia is an Assistant Manager at BDO Portugal, within the Assurance Services department, where she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the team at the Funchal office. She has thirteen years of professional experience, including eight years in financial audit, and has developed expertise in internal control, financial and accounting analysis, while working with clients across a wide range of industries, including the Public Sector, Energy, Retail, Shipping, Telecommunications and the Non-Profit Sector.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in the review of financial statements, the identification and assessment of risks, and the performance of audit procedures in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Her experience also includes managing client relationships and communicating relevant matters to senior management and governing bodies, while ensuring the quality of engagements and the achievement of their objectives.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Madeira and a Master's degree in Management from ISCTE Business School.
